Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, providing rehabilitation services, and supporting patients in improving their mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.

The ideal candidate should have good clinical knowledge, patient-handling skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Location: Raghuvanahalli, Kanakapura Main Road, Bengaluru.

Roles & Responsibilities

A. Patient Assessment & Treatment

- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength, and functional abilities.

- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on clinical assessment and physician recommendations.

- Provide appropriate therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait training, and rehabilitation interventions.

- Assist patients in improving strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and functional independence.





- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically required.

B. Rehabilitation & Patient Care

- Provide rehabilitation services to patients recovering from surgery, injuries, neurological conditions, and other medical conditions.

- Assist patients with bed mobility, transfers, ambulation, and activities of daily living as appropriate.

- Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises, positioning, mobility, and fall prevention.

- Ensure patient comfort, dignity, safety, and confidentiality throughout treatment.

C. Clinical Documentation & Coordination

- Maintain accurate patient assessment records, treatment notes, and progress reports.

- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding patient treatment and rehabilitation progress.

- Follow clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices.

- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.

- 0–2 years of experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation.

- Freshers with relevant clinical knowledge and practical training can apply.

- Good understanding of physiotherapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation procedures.

- Strong patient-handling and communication skills.

- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
