Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Integration Business Analyst to support Guidewire implementation and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge of P&C; insurance business processes, experience working with integration teams, and the ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional and integration specifications.

The Integration Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, integration architects, developers, QA teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration between Guidewire applications and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document integration requirements.

Understand end-to-end insurance business processes and identify integration touchpoints across Guidewire applications and external systems.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration mapping documents.

Identify business scenarios, dependencies, assumptions, and potential integration gaps.

2. Integration Analysis & Documentation





Analyze inbound and outbound integrations involving Guidewire Claim Center, Policy Center, and Billing Center.

Define integration requirements, including source-to-target field mappings, transformation rules, validations, and error-handling scenarios.

Document API request/response structures, integration workflows, and data exchange requirements.

Work with technical teams to understand REST APIs, JSON, XML, web services, messaging, and event-driven integrations.

Support integration design discussions and ensure alignment with business requirements.

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

Act as the primary functional liaison between business teams, integration developers, architects, and third-party vendors.

Coordinate with external vendors to understand interface specifications, business rules, and data exchange requirements.

Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, integration design reviews, and functional clarification sessions.

Track dependencies and proactively communicate risks, issues, and blockers.
