Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand visibility.
- Lead the marketing team and allocate responsibilities to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee social media, public relations, client servicing, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition.
- Manage client relationships, proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Monitor marketing campaigns, team performance, budgets, and deliverables.
- Explore brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, media opportunities, and event marketing.
- Analyse campaign results and implement strategies to improve performance.




- Coordinate with senior management and provide regular progress reports.
- Ensure all marketing activities are completed within agreed timelines.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Robust leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and business development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
