Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide support to customers regarding software-related issues.
- Assist users in understanding and operating software applications.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic technical problems.
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Guide customers step-by-step in using software.
- Maintain records of customer issues and their solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.




- Ensure customer satisfaction through proper support.

Skills Required

- Basic computer and software knowledge.
- Positive communication skills.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to understand customer requirements.
- Patience and a willingness to learn new technologies.
