Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Location : Kochi

Work Mode: Work from Office / Work from home (Work-from-home candidates must have their own laptop/Desktop and internet connection)

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (Based on experience)

Working Hours: MON to SAT 10:30 AM to 7.30 pm

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing business customers to generate sales.
- Promote Telecom products and services, including BPRO, GSM SIM cards, business internet and other approved business solutions.
- Generate leads, understand customer requirements and follow up to convert enquiries into sales.
- Identify opportunities for additional SIM cards, internet connections from existing customers.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for customer appointments and sales follow-ups.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update lead details.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling, lead generation and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Graduation,



equivalent qualification, or currently pursuing graduation.
- Languages: Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Malayalam or other Indian languages will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Good communication, customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.

Holidays

- Holidays will generally follow the UAE public holiday calendar.
- Major Indian festivals and national holidays will also be considered holidays as per the company's approved holiday schedule.
- Management will communicate the final holiday calendar.
