JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Sales Executive – Ice Cream Division Department: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Full time Industry: Ice Cream & Food Distribution Job Responsibilities 1. Identify and approach new vendors, retailers, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, hotels and other potential business clients. 2. Promote and sell the company's ice cream products to different vendors and business outlets. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. 4. Visit assigned market areas regularly to generate recent sales opportunities. 5. Achieve monthly sales targets and increase product distribution. 6. Explain product varieties, pricing, margins and promotional offers to vendors. 7. Coordinate with the delivery and operations teams to ensure timely product supply. 8. Follow up on payments, outstanding balances and repeat orders. 9. Monitor competitor products, pricing and market demand. 10. Prepare daily sales reports, client visit reports and order records. Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales or FMCG sales preferred. - Experience in food, beverages,
ice cream or distribution sales will be an advantage. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to approach and convince new vendors. - Target-oriented and self-motivated. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting. - Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Monthly sales achievement. - Number of new vendors acquired. - Number of active and repeat customers. - Market coverage and daily client visits. - Payment collection and outstanding control. - Growth in product distribution. Compensation - Fixed Monthly Salary: As per experience. - Travel Allowance: As per company policy. - Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives. - Additional benefits: As per company policy.
