About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor to lead post-production for event and corporate video content. You’ll shape raw footage into polished, engaging edits across event highlights, post-show videos, podcast sessions, video byte packages, social media clips, and promotional films.

You’ll work closely with producers, camera teams, and the MIS team to interpret creative briefs, maintain brand consistency, guide edits, and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines. Experience with event media and same-day or rapid-turnaround deliverables is an advantage.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end post-production for assigned event and corporate projects.
- Review, organize, and select footage, then shape it into clear, compelling stories.
- Edit event highlights, post-show videos, podcast sessions, video byte packages, social media content, and promotional films.
- Create motion graphics, titles, and lower thirds that align with client branding.
- Perform colour correction and grading, audio editing, and final quality checks.
- Prepare and optimize exports for social media, web, and event screens.
- Collaborate with producers, camera teams, and the MIS team to interpret briefs and manage feedback.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight or same-day delivery deadlines.
- Guide junior editors and help maintain consistent workflows and quality standards.




- Support AI-assisted production workflows where appropriate.
- Travel to event locations when required to support on-site live edits and post-production.
- Edit footage live or in office during events and deliver content within tight turnaround times.

Qualifications

- Relevant professional experience in video editing and end-to-end post-production; event or corporate media experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience with motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects.
- Strong skills in colour correction and grading, audio editing, and visual storytelling.
- Understanding of codecs, frame rates, aspect ratios, and export settings for web, social media, and event screens.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines, feedback, and changing priorities.
- Clear communication and collaborative working skills.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work.
- Willingness to travel for events and work on-site, including live editing assignments.

Work arrangement

Full-time, on-site role at our Vile Parle East, Mumbai office.
