Candidates should be eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/corporate environment. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist departments in day-to-day technical and operational activities.
- Support production, maintenance, quality, design, projects, or planning teams as required.
- Prepare and maintain technical documents, reports, and records.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and execution.
- Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
- Follow company safety and quality standards.
- Learn company processes and contribute effectively to assigned tasks.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering concepts.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be beneficial.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in multiple departments.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Positive attitude and team player mindset.
