Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-oriented sales professionals to promote and sell Mahindra commercial vehicles, including diesel and electric vehicle (EV) models.

1. Commercial Sales Executive

Vehicle Segment:

- 3-Wheeler Commercial Vehicles: Passenger and cargo vehicles.
- 4-Wheeler Load Vehicles: Diesel and Electric Vehicle (EV) models.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell commercial vehicles to individual customers and business owners.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and customer networking.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Explain vehicle specifications, features, pricing, and available finance options.
- Develop relationships with transport operators, traders, business owners, and fleet operators.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with finance and documentation teams to facilitate vehicle purchases.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer records.

2. LMM Sales Executive – Last Mile Mobility

Vehicle Segment:

- LMM Vehicles: Diesel and Electric Vehicle (EV) models.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Last Mile Mobility (LMM) vehicles.
- Identify potential customers,



small business owners, delivery operators, and local fleet operators.
- Generate sales leads through field marketing, customer visits, and networking.
- Explain the advantages, features, and operating suitability of diesel and EV models.
- Understand customer transportation and business requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Support customers with vehicle finance enquiries and purchase documentation.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and develop the local market.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate or Diploma holder preferred.
- Experience in automobile sales, commercial vehicle sales, or field sales is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and lead generation.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Knowledge of the Madurai market is an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.

Salary & Advantages
