Key Responsibilities

 Manage WhatsApp Business/API accounts and bulk messaging campaigns.

 Create and manage promotional, utility, transactional, and service messages.

 Create WhatsApp templates, chatbot flows, automated replies, and customer

journeys.

 Manage customer databases, segmentation, opt-outs, and data hygiene.

 Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Support teams.

 Track delivery, read, response, click, lead, and conversion metrics.

 Prepare campaign reports and conduct A/B testing.

 Ensure compliance with WhatsApp/Meta policies and opt-in requirements.

 Improve customer engagement, lead nurturing, and conversions through WhatsApp

automation.

Required Skills

 Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business & WhatsApp API/BSP platforms.





 Experience with WATI, Interakt, AiSensy, Gupshup, Gallabox, or similar tools.

 Knowledge of WhatsApp templates, campaigns, chatbot flows, and CRM.

 Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.

 Solid Hindi & English written communication.

 Ability to write short, engaging, conversion-focused messages.

Preferred: Experience in e-commerce, D2C, healthcare, wellness, or lead-generation

businesses.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
