Job Description – HR Executive

Job Summary

Universal Education is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes across the organisation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a sound understanding of HR functions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Assist in attendance management, leave records, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, queries, and documentation.




- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and other administrative documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Support other HR operations and administrative activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
