Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified General Medicine Doctor (MD / DNB) with 1 to 3 years of clinical experience to join our medical team in Rewari, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) care, diagnosing acute and chronic adult illnesses, and providing patient-centric medical solutions. This role is well-suited for early-career physicians looking to build a strong clinical foundation in a fast-growing healthcare setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Diagnosis & Care: Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, review medical histories, and diagnose a wide range of adult medical conditions (e.g., lifestyle diseases, infectious diseases, metabolic disorders).
- OPD & IPD Management: Manage daily Outpatient Department consultations and conduct regular inpatient rounds to monitor patient recovery and update treatment charts.
- Treatment Planning: Prescribe appropriate medications, order diagnostic tests (laboratory work, imaging, ECGs), and accurately interpret results to formulate effective treatment plans.
- Emergency & Critical Care: Provide immediate medical attention to emergency cases, stabilize critical patients,



and coordinate with senior super-specialists for complex cases.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed, confidential, and accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR) and case files for all patients.
- Patient Counseling: Explain diagnoses, treatment options, medical risks, and preventative health measures clearly to patients and their families in local languages.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: MD in General Medicine or DNB in Internal Medicine from an NMC/MCI recognized institution.
- Registration: Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or Haryana Medical Council (HMC).
- Experience: 1–3 years of post-graduation clinical experience in a hospital or reputed clinic setting.
- Skills:
- Strong clinical acumen and quick decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in managing common chronic conditions like Diabetes, Hypertension, and Asthma.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rewari, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
