Job Summary

Looking for a motivated MERN Stack Developer with knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. The candidate should have a strong understanding of JavaScript, REST APIs, database management, and contemporary web development practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Build backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases and schemas.
- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, input validation, and error handling.
- Debug, test, and maintain web applications.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable code and follow development best practices.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to deliver project requirements.

Required Technical Skills

- Frontend: React.js,



JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, responsive design.
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs.
- Database: MongoDB, CRUD operations, Mongoose.
- Tools: Git, GitHub, npm, Postman.
- Fundamentals: OOP, data structures, asynchronous programming, promises, and basic SQL.
- Additional advantage: TypeScript, Next.js, Redux Toolkit, JWT authentication, and deployment on cloud platforms.

Eligibility

- Recent graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
- Academic projects, personal projects, or internships demonstrating practical development experience.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who can develop full-stack applications independently, integrate APIs, work with databases, troubleshoot technical issues, and learn new technologies quickly.

Pay: ₹383,000.00 - ₹1,650,000.00 per year
