The ideal candidate should have a strong skilled background in SAP SD, prior training experience, and the ability to explain concepts effectively while addressing learners' queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured and practical training sessions on SAP SD.

- Explain SAP SD concepts with real-time business scenarios and practical demonstrations.

- Guide students through SAP SD configuration, processes and hands-on activities.

- Clarify and resolve technical queries raised by students.

- Provide practical insights into SAP SD implementation and business processes.

- Monitor student progress and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

- Maintain professional communication and a learner-focused training environment.

Technical Expertise Required

The trainer should have good knowledge and practical exposure to:

- SAP SD Fundamentals and Organizational Structure

- Customer and Material Master Data

- Partner Functions and Customer Account Groups

- Pre-Sales Activities, Inquiries and Quotations

- Sales Order Processing and Document Types





- Item Categories and Schedule Line Categories

- Pricing Procedures, Condition Records and Discounts

- Sales Support and Product Proposals

- Shipping, Delivery Processing and Route Determination

- Picking, Packing and Post Goods Issue (PGI)

- Billing Documents and Billing Methods

- Credit Management

- Outline Agreements and Special Business Processes

Candidate Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in SAP SD training or teaching.

- Professional background and practical working experience in SAP SD.

- Strong understanding of SAP SD business processes and configurations.

- Ability to understand, address and resolve students' technical queries.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to deliver interactive, structured and practical sessions.

- Professional approach, reliability and commitment to training schedules.
