Job Description
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive – Recruitment with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Source candidates through job portals like Indeed, Job Hai, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Manage bulk hiring for factory workers, machine operators and production staff.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
- Strong experience in manufacturing recruitment is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
Experience: 1–4 Years
Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on interview and experience)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
