Supervise daily shop-floor activities, including raw material mixing/formulation, filling, capping, labeling, and packaging. Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules to meet volume targets within budget. Monitor line speed, machine output, and operator performance to minimize downtime and bottlenecks. Check in-process products for defects, leakage, proper labeling, and batch consistency. Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitization, and personal hygiene standards required in cosmetic manufacturing areas. Ensure workers wear proper safety gear (gloves, hairnets, masks, aprons/suits) and follow plant safety rules.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
