We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating sales leads, explaining our products and services, and converting enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services, including laptop sales and service offerings.
- Generate leads and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Convert prospective customers into sales through effective communication.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduation.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Previous experience in telecalling or telesales will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
