About the Company

Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, accounting records, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to handle financial responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
- Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and statutory filings.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and customer outstanding balances.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and expense statements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other financial stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial transactions.
- Identify discrepancies in financial records and implement appropriate corrective measures.
- Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits.




- Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work, where applicable.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter qualification will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, audit procedures, and financial documentation.

Required Experience

- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in independently handling accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Practical experience in GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and finalisation of accounts.
- Experience in manufacturing, aluminium, industrial, or similar sectors will be preferred.
- Ability to manage deadlines, maintain accuracy, and handle confidential financial information.
