Special Educator Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with the Child Psychologists, Speech Therapists,Occupational Therapists to create holistic intervention plans.
- Assess Client’s’ abilities and craft teaching plans.
- Monitor children’s behavioural patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if needed.
- Find engaging activities to teach skills (Example, drawing and theatre drama).
- Plan and perform informal assessments.
- IEP Definition (self and other team members).
- Prepare aids / resources as required.
- Periodic review of Progress with IEP.
- Assess students’ abilities and craft teaching plans.
- Coach/mentor other professionals who work with children with disabilities.
Qualification: Masters In Special Education or Bachelors In Special Education (Must).
Requirements:
- Should have experience teaching students with Learning Disabilities.
- B. Ed (Special Education)/M. Ed in Special Education.
- 1+ years’ experience as a Special Educator.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
