Job Overview: Wealth Insight Capital is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Sales & Customer Service Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the mutual fund industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving mutual fund sales while simultaneously delivering exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

 Promote and sell mutual fund products to prospective and existing clients

 Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular

 Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions

 Handle client queries, concerns, and service requests in a prompt and skilled manner  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

 Stay updated with market trends, mutual fund products, and regulatory changes

 Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions




 Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery

Required Qualifications & Skills:

 2–3 years of relevant experience in the mutual fund or financial services industry

 Strong understanding of mutual fund products and investment concepts

 Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in English (both verbal and written)

 Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

 Ability to handle both sales targets and customer service responsibilities effectively

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, and basic data analysis

 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Attributes:

 NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification (Preferable)

 Client-centric approach with a professional attitude

 Self-motivated and goal-driven

 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
