Job Description – Assistant Manager – Sales (Data Center Segment)

Designation: Assistant Manager – Sales
Experience: 5–9 Years
Location: Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate; Mechanical Engineering preferred
Travel: Pan-India

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic sales professional to drive business development in the Data Center segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, managing project-based sales, and achieving revenue targets for industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities in the Data Center segment across India.
- Identify upcoming projects, generate leads, and convert enquiries into orders.
- Build relationships with Data Center developers, EPC contractors, MEP consultants, HVAC contractors, OEMs, and procurement teams.
- Promote stainless steel flexible hoses and related industrial products.
- Manage project sales from enquiry and quotation to negotiation and order closure.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, sales forecasts, and reports.




- Coordinate with internal departments for technical requirements and order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–9 years of experience in B2B, technical, industrial, or project-based sales.
- Experience in Data Center, HVAC, MEP, infrastructure, piping, or engineering sectors preferred.
- Knowledge of stainless steel flexible hoses, expansion joints, or similar industrial products is an advantage.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Good understanding of project sales, vendor registration, and commercial negotiations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A target-oriented sales professional with strong technical sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop business within the Data Center ecosystem.
