- Prepare and cook food items as per standard recipes and instructions from seniors
- Assist in mise-en-place for daily kitchen operations
- Ensure correct portioning, plating, and presentation of dishes
- Support timely service during peak hours
- Follow SOPs, recipes, and production guidelines strictly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunction
- Adhere to food safety standards (FSSAI / HACCP)
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
- Assist in stock checking, storage, and FIFO practices
- Minimize wastage and report shortages or spoilage
- Work closely with Commis II, CDP, and other kitchen staff
- Follow instructions from seniors and support junior staff when required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
