eShop Genius is looking for confident and motivated candidates for International B2B Telecalling and Appointment Setting. The role involves reaching out to businesses in the USA and Canada, introducing our IT and eCommerce services, qualifying potential clients, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Shift: US/Canada Night Shift
Experience: 6 months–3 years in international telecalling or B2B sales

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to businesses across the USA and Canada.
- Connect with business owners, founders, CEOs, and other decision-makers.
- Introduce our Shopify development, eCommerce, and IT services.
- Identify potential business requirements and qualify leads.
- Handle objections and follow up with interested prospects.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and call updates in the CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Prior experience in an international telecalling process is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken English and robust communication skills.
- Confidence in handling calls with US and Canadian clients.
- Good interpersonal skills, objection handling, and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable with outbound cold calling and sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.




- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US/Canada business hours.

Preferred Experience

- IT services, SaaS, web development, or digital marketing.
- Shopify or eCommerce services.
- B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or CRM platforms.

Performance Expectations

- Consistent outbound calling and meaningful prospect conversations.
- Qualified appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Accurate CRM updates and timely follow-ups.

Compensation

₹20,000–₹35,000 per month + performance-based incentives, depending on experience and skills.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with international telecalling experience and excellent English communication skills, who can confidently speak with US and Canadian business decision-makers, handle objections, and generate qualified business opportunities.

Important: Candidates without prior international telecalling experience will not be considered for this position.
