Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and monitor site progress.
- Handle site measurements, estimation, BOQ preparation, and billing.
- Manage labour, contractors, and labour billing.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct timely site visits and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Monitor work quality and ensure timely project completion and handover.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site records.
- Drive company vehicles for site visits, material transportation, and official work as required.
- Ensure the safe handling and maintenance of company vehicles.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in site supervision or civil construction.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, estimation, and billing.
- Experience in labour management and client coordination.
- Valuable communication and organisational skills.
- Must be comfortable travelling across Goa for site visits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
