Redefine Immigration is looking for motivated, confident, and hardworking candidates to join our team as a Visa Consultant at our Jalandhar office.

The candidate will assist clients with visa applications for Canada, Australia, USA, UK, Germany, Cyprus, Malta, and Current Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide clients regarding Student, Tourist, Work, and PR visa options.
- Understand client profiles and suggest suitable visa options.
- Explain documentation, financial requirements, and application procedures.
- Prepare and check visa applications and supporting documents.
- Assist with online applications and university application portals.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application updates.
- Handle client queries and provide proper guidance.
- Maintain client records and application files.
- Stay updated with visa rules and immigration policies.

Skills & Requirements





- Experience in immigration or visa consultancy will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of visa applications and documentation is preferred.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to learn, work in a team, and manage multiple tasks.
- Languages: Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English.
