Novaline Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Engineer for a part-time engagement. Retired professionals from private or government organizations with relevant experience in billing and infrastructure projects are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
*Preparation, verification, and submission of project bills.
*Handling PVC (Price Variation Clause) and escalation bills.
*Preparation and verification of bills related to signalling works.Reviewing BOQs, measurements, work orders, and supporting documents.
*Maintaining accurate billing records and project-wise documentation.
*Coordinating with project teams and clients for billing clarifications and approvals.
*Ensuring billing accuracy and timely submission of bills.

✅ Requirements:




*Retired professionals from private or government organizations are preferred.
*Relevant experience in billing engineering, preferably in railway or infrastructure projects.
*Strong knowledge of PVC escalation calculations and billing procedures.
*Experience in signalling-related project billing.
*Familiarity with BOQ, measurement sheets, contract documents, and rate analysis.
*Positive analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage assigned billing tasks efficiently.
