About Zorba Estates

Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company providing professional property solutions for buyers, sellers, property owners, investors, and businesses. We help clients identify suitable properties and support them through property marketing, coordination, sales, and leasing.

We are looking for a Commercial Brand Manager to manage commercial property requirements, build relationships with business clients and property owners, and support the growth of our commercial real estate business. The role involves understanding client needs, identifying suitable commercial spaces, coordinating property onboarding, and managing client relationships from enquiry to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with businesses, brands, and companies to understand their commercial property requirements.
- Identify suitable office spaces, retail outlets, showrooms, warehouses, and other commercial properties.
- Coordinate with property owners, landlords, tenants, and business clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands and commercial property owners.
- Source and onboard commercial properties based on market demand.
- Understand requirements such as location, budget, size, frontage, parking, and accessibility.
- Share suitable property options with clients and arrange site visits.




- Follow up with clients and owners to move enquiries towards closure.
- Support negotiations and coordinate commercial property sales and leasing deals.
- Maintain records of client requirements, property details, and deal progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and service.
- Work towards business development goals and performance targets.

Skills Required

- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Robust client-handling and coordination abilities.
- Understanding of sales, business development, or commercial real estate.
- Ability to identify client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Good follow-up, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- A target-oriented approach and willingness to develop recent business relationships.
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru commercial property market is an advantage.
