Job Summary
George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. – Maruti Suzuki is looking for a customer-oriented Telecalling Executive for our Thodupuzha branch. The candidate will be responsible for making customer calls, providing service reminders, collecting feedback, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and repeat service business.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to remind them about scheduled vehicle servicing and maintenance.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to collect customer feedback and measure satisfaction.
- Contact existing and potential customers to generate service appointments.
- Explain service offers, campaigns, maintenance schedules, and dealership service facilities.
- Handle customer queries and service-related concerns professionally over the phone.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors to schedule appointments and confirm customer visits.
- Maintain and update customer details, call records, and follow-up status in the CRM/DMS.
- Follow up with customers to improve customer retention and encourage repeat service visits.
- Escalate customer complaints to the concerned department and follow up for resolution.
- Any degree or diploma preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, customer relationship management, or a related field.
- Automobile dealership or service centre experience will be an advantage.
- Good telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/DMS software.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
