- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, building regulations, and construction standards.
- Experience in residential and luxury real estate projects will be preferred.
- Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
