Job Description: Unit Manager / Preschool Centre Head

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations and maintain quality standards of the preschool centre.
- Recruit, develop, motivate, and lead a competent teaching and support team.
- Oversee curriculum implementation in alignment with the organization's educational framework and local regulations.
- Build strong relationships with parents and address their queries regarding their children's growth and development.
- Drive student admissions and enhance the reputation of the preschool as a quality early childhood education centre.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and achieve the centre's financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Contribute to the organization's growth and expansion in India.
- Collaborate with international teams and educational professionals to promote best practices in early childhood education.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Preschool Centre Head.




- Strong leadership, team management, and employee development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
