WE’RE HIRING — INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Executive to organise our existing inventory and maintain accurate stock records for our crockery and household retail store.

Key Responsibilities

- Organise the item master, identify duplicate codes and maintain correct barcodes and labels.
- Coordinate goods receiving, quantity checks, damage checks and purchase entries.
- Maintain separate godown and floor stock records and record stock transfers.
- Conduct stock counts, investigate differences and process corrections with approval.
- Follow up on supplier orders, pending deliveries, returns, replacements and credit notes.
- Report low stock, excess stock and slow-moving products.
- Coordinate with Floor Managers, Accounts, Billing, Godown, Packing and Sales Plus CRM.
- Follow company SOPs and report directly to the Finance Manager.

Mandatory Requirements

- Practical experience in retail inventory management.
- Ability to investigate and correct stock and item-master discrepancies.
- Working knowledge of inventory software, purchase entries,



barcodes and unit conversions.
- Ability to use Excel independently for stock reconciliation, lookups, summaries and reports.
- Strong coordination, record-keeping and follow-up skills.

This role requires hands-on inventory control experience beyond basic data entry. Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical assessment. Training will be provided on our company procedures and software.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, based on relevant experience and practical skills.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
Monthly Off: Four days per month on rotation; Sundays are not fixed holidays.
Job Type: Full-time, in office.
