Job description:

Roles & Responsibilities:-

* Fulfill a range of marketing functions, e.g. promoting properties by listing, writing advertisements, or arranging viewings.

* Proficient in lead generation.

* Being a Sales Executive Managing the Sales Office Flow of Customers.

* Closing the deals.

* Sales Activity and Payment details

* Creating a network of CP's.

* Being a Sales Executive you have to take care of Closing the deals.

* Being a Sales Executive you should Following up with CP's for more visits.

* Encouraging the CP's.

* Sales Activity and Payment details.

Qualification:-

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.

* 5+ years Experience from Real Estate is compulsory.

* Excellent verbal & written communication over English and basic command over Hindi and Gujarati.

· * Very diligent in follow-ups and persistent to ensure deal closures.

· * Ability to lead self at work independently without day-to-day supervision.

- · * Go-getter attitude resulting in high decibel of competitiveness.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

- total work: 5 years (Required)
