Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end HR operations for resort staff

Handling recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes

Maintaining employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation

Coordinating payroll inputs, salary processing, and statutory compliance

Handling PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements

Supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Ensuring adherence to company policies, labor laws, and resort HR standards

Coordinating with department heads for manpower planning and HR support

Eligibility Criteria:

Immediate joiner

Graduate in HR or related field preferred

Prior experience in hotel/resort HR operations will be an added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills
