Job Description: Clinical Research Assistant Role Overview NHCDC is seeking a research-oriented professional to support clinical research, scientific writing and publication activities related to child development, paediatrics and multidisciplinary clinical interventions.

Educational Qualifications

● MD Paediatrics, MD General Medicine, PhD or MSc.

● Has attended workshops or training in research methodology and study design.

● Ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret research data.

Experience

● 3–5 years of relevant clinical or academic research experience.

● 3–5 published research papers. Key Responsibilities

● Conduct literature reviews using credible medical and scientific sources. ● Assist in planning, coordinating and documenting clinical research projects.

● Support research protocol development, study design and data collection.

● Assist with data analysis, interpretation and presentation of findings

. ● Draft and review research papers, manuscripts, abstracts and scientific reports.





● Ensure accurate referencing and adherence to publication standards.

● Collaborate with paediatricians, psychologists, therapists and other clinical professionals.

● Maintain research documentation and uphold ethical standards, confidentiality and applicable approval requirements. Skills Required

● Strong understanding of research methodology and study design.

● Experience in scientific writing and research publication.

● Analytical skills and familiarity with clinical data.

● Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

● Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and meet deadlines. Preferred Background Experience or research interest in pediatrics, child development, public health or related clinical disciplines.

Pay: ₹11,587.51 - ₹26,669.28 per month
