Job description:

Ensure Proper communication and Co-ordination between Customers, Sales Team and Logistics Team.

Sales Support

1. Co-ordinate with Sales Team.

2. Manage Order Tracking.

3. Maintain Sales Price Lists.

4. Provide stock updates to sales team.

5. Prepare Sales Orders and provide same to logistics.

Customer Communication

6. Co-ordinate with Customers.

7. Ensure Accurate and Timely Communication with Customers.

8. Resolve Customer Queries.

9. Ensure all Dispatch details and related order execution are informed to customers.

10. Maintain Customer Agreements.

11. Prepare Outstanding Payment Details and Follow up with Customers for Payments.

Logistics Co-ordination

1.



Co-ordinate with Logistics team.

2. Arrange Details of Sales Invoicing, Dispatch Details from Logistics.

3. Maintain a Bridge between Logistics , Sales Team and Customers.

MIS and Reporting

1. Prepare Sales Report.

2. Prepare Bills Outstanding Report.

3.Prepare other necessary Sales Reports as required by Management from Time to Time.

Desired Skills

1. Candidate from Manufacturing Industry preferred

2. Excellent Communication Skills

3. Excellent Knowledge to MS Excel.

4. Knowledge of ERP Systems.

Candidates working on B2C and candidates working on Online platforms and courier companies will not be considered.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
