Key responsibilities:

Install, configure, and support CCTV systems (Cameras, DVR/NVR, IP cameras).

Perform cabling, wiring, mounting, and basic networking at client sites.

Troubleshoot and resolve CCTV and surveillance-related issues on-site.

Handle laptop and desktop hardware installation, repair, and basic troubleshooting.

Install OS, drivers, and required software on laptops/desktops.

Maintain service reports and ensure systems are working properly before handover.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in CCTV installation, hardware support, or IT field service.

Good knowledge of DVR, NVR, IP cameras, cabling, networking basics, and system configuration.

Hands-on experience with laptop and desktop hardware troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of OS installation, drivers, and system diagnostics.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR (two-wheeler preferred).

ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Electronics, IT,



or related field will be an advantage.
