About the Role

Classique Events Private Limited is looking for a creative, organised, and enthusiastic Wedding Planning Intern who is passionate about weddings and event management. The intern will work closely with the planning team to coordinate wedding functions, manage vendors, assist with client requirements, and support the execution of weddings from planning to completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the wedding planning team with end-to-end wedding planning and coordination.

Research wedding venues, decorators, photographers, makeup artists, entertainment artists, and other vendors.

Coordinate with vendors to collect quotations, availability, packages, and service details.

Assist in preparing presentations, mood boards, decor concepts, event layouts, and planning decks.

Maintain checklists, timelines, budgets, vendor details, and event-related documentation.

Assist with client meetings, requirement gathering, and follow-ups.





Support wedding logistics, guest management, transportation, hospitality, and event schedules.

Assist with in office wedding setup, vendor coordination, and event execution.

Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within deadlines.

Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth execution of wedding functions.

Skills & Requirements

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Creativity and an interest in weddings, decor, and event design.

Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace; Canva or presentation skills are a plus.

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Willingness to travel to wedding venues and work on-site during events.

A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who enjoys planning, coordination, creative work, and working in a fast-paced event environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
