Responsibilities :Software development

- Build full-stack features end to end: React/Next.js pages and forms, TypeScript/Node.js APIs, and the database queries behind them.
- Fix bugs across the front end, back end and database, tracing a problem from the user's screen down to the server logs.
- Write scripts and small internal tools (Python or TypeScript) that automate deployments, checks and routine operations.
- Write clean, readable, tested code, and review AI-generated code before it is merged.
- Keep one standard project setup (Dockerfile, CI workflow, environment template) that every new app copies.

Cloud infrastructure

- Set up and run separate development, staging and production environments for every app; make sure no local or test setup can reach live client data.
- Containerise apps and background workers with Docker; deploy them on our hosting.
- Manage secrets and keys: where they live, who can see them, how they are rotated.
- Help move hosting and data to the USA, following the architect's design.

Platform & reliability

- Build CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions): type checks, tests and builds on every pull request; one-click deploys; safe rollbacks.
- Set up monitoring, error tracking and uptime alerts for every app and worker.
- Apply security updates to containers and dependencies (Node, Next.js) on a schedule.

Collaboration

- Work with the app developers so each new app goes live through the same pipeline.
- Work with the Database Engineer on backups, database monitoring and access.

- Take part in design reviews; write short runbooks (how to deploy, how to recover).

Requirements

- Full-stack fundamentals: a React (Next.js) front end, TypeScript/Node.js APIs and a relational database; has built at least one working web app end to end.
- Programming in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript, enough to write and debug automation scripts.
- Docker: write a Dockerfile, run containers, read container logs, use workplace variables safely.
- Git and GitHub: branches, pull requests; has written or edited at least one CI workflow.
- Networking basics: DNS, HTTPS certificates, ports, what a reverse proxy does.
- Security basics: never commit secrets, least-privilege access, why staging and production are kept apart.
- Uses AI coding tools such as Claude Code effectively: breaks work into clear steps, reviews and tests every change, and can explain the code it wrote.

Preferred qualifications

- A cloud platform: AWS or GCP fundamentals (an associate-level certificate is a plus)
- Infrastructure as code: Terraform, or Docker Compose for multi-service setups.
- Monitoring and observability tools: Sentry, Better Stack, Grafana or similar.
- Object storage (S3, Cloudflare R2) and CDN basics.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Benefits:

- Food provided

Application Question(s):
