Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Cum Payment Collection Executive to manage daily accounting activities, customer outstanding payments, and payment collection follow-ups for our textile manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare sales invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and maintain customer ledgers.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Monitor payment due dates and ensure timely collection as per agreed credit terms.
- Maintain customer-wise outstanding statements and payment ageing reports.
- Reconcile customer accounts, bank transactions, and payment receipts.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams regarding pending payments and customer accounts.




- Maintain daily payment collection records and submit collection reports to management.
- Assist in GST documentation, TDS entries, and other routine accounting activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely reporting.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and daily accounting operations.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Understanding of customer ledger reconciliation and outstanding payment management.
- Good communication and payment follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Experience in a textile or manufacturing company will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and accounts receivable.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up with customers professionally.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
