- Practical knowledge of electroplating processes and surface treatment.
- Understanding of component cleaning, pre-treatment, and post-treatment processes.
- Ability to identify common electroplating defects.
- Basic knowledge of plating chemicals and process parameters.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices and chemical handling.
- Ability to follow work instructions and maintain production records.
Educational Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Chemical, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on electroplating experience may also apply.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in electroplating or surface treatment in a manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may be considered for trainee positions.
Safety Requirements
- Follow chemical-handling procedures and wear the prescribed PPE.
- Ensure proper ventilation and safe operation of plating tanks and equipment.
- Follow procedures for chemical spills, emergency response, and hazardous waste disposal.
- Maintain a clean and safe working setting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
