We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling clients, providing information about our services, and generating leads while maintaining a professional and polite communication style.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company services clearly and answer customer queries
- Generate leads and follow up with interested clients
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Handle customer concerns professionally and politely
- Coordinate with the office team for follow-ups and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling software is a plus)
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred (freshers can apply)
- Confident, polite, and target-oriented attitude
