We are seeking a detail-driven, commercially astute Fashion Merchandiser to join our core operations and design team. You will bridge the gap between creative design, raw fabric procurement, production scheduling, and multi-channel retail distribution.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for textile performance (cotton lycra, rayon blends, denim, etc.), understands bottom-wear pattern construction, and can manage end-to-end inventory tracking to ensure optimal stock levels across our physical mall stores and e-commerce warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

- Line Planning & Assortment Strategy:
- Collaborate with senior management and design teams to build seasonal apparel lines, color palettes, and collection roadmaps for upcoming retail cycles.
- Analyze historical sales data, sell-through metrics, and market trends to forecast accurate inventory volumes for core and fast-fashion lines.
- Fabric Procurement & Material Sourcing:
- Source high-quality raw fabrics (cotton lycra, 22kg heavy rayon, denim, tissue silk, etc.) from trusted mill partners and wholesale channels.
- Negotiate competitive base unit rates, delivery timelines, and statutory terms while maintaining strict quality benchmarks.




- Production & Workflow Coordination:
- Coordinate closely with manufacturing units, cutting lines, stitching floors, and pressing/packaging divisions to ensure production milestones align with dispatch schedules.
- Monitor line-cutting efficiency, trim quality (buttons, zippers, elastic bands), and sizing compliance for high-flexibility bottom wear segments.
- Inventory & Stock Allocation Management:
- Oversee automated stock replenishment systems and daily refill sheets for retail mall outlets and marketplace warehouses.
- Monitor stock movement, manage slow-moving inventory through targeted promotional strategies, and prevent stock-outs during peak shopping seasons.
- Vendor & Cost Optimization:
- Track fabric markup thresholds, production costs, and logistical expenses to secure optimal profit margins across all sales channels.
- Maintain master tracking spreadsheets for fabric logs, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods dispatches.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
