Metlis Engineering Technologies LLP is seeking a hands-on, experienced Project Engineer to oversee the end-to-end execution, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants across Karnataka and Kerala. We are looking for a Project Engineer with a robust background in STPs, WTP, RO, and Ultrafiltration systems and are ready to lead project sites from startup to handover.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Project Execution & Management: Drive site execution, installation, and commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Reverse Osmosis (RO) units, and Ultrafiltration (UF) systems.
- ​Process Technologies: Hands-on handling and operational control of biological treatment technologies including MBBR, MBR, and SBR systems.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve operational issues, process upsets, and mechanical/electrical failures in STPs, WTPs, RO, and UF systems.
- ​Site Coordination: Supervise site technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project completion within defined timelines and safety standards.




- ​Client & Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with clients, site consultants, and management for smooth project testing, commissioning, and formal handover.
- ​Resource & Budget Management: Ensure optimal utilization of site materials, manage daily progress reports (DPR), and track site expenses.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of direct experience in water and wastewater treatment project execution and troubleshooting.

Technical Expertise: Proven experience working with STP technologies (MBBR, MBR, SBR), RO plants, and Ultrafiltration (UF) systems.

Licensing: Valid Driving License (mandatory for site travel).

​Location & Mobility: Willingness to work anywhere

​Travel Allowances: Fully covered by the company for site visits and official travel.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
