Location: North Zone, Kerala

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager to oversee regional business operations, manage multiple clusters, and drive sales growth and marketing performance across the North Zone.

Responsibilities

- Lead and monitor sales and marketing operations across multiple clusters within the assigned region.
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate multiple Area Sales Managers to ensure effective execution of regional business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and action plans to achieve regional targets.
- Monitor sales performance, business growth, team productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure consistent implementation and compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, analyse business reports, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure effective team management, coordination, and accountability across all assigned clusters.
- Coordinate with the Chief Officers of the company regarding regional performance, business plans, operational issues, and strategic initiatives.
- Submit regular regional performance reports and provide updates on sales achievements, challenges, and improvement plans.

Requirements





- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, and multi-location operations.
- Proven experience in managing Managers, multiple teams, and regional business activities.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, improve business performance, and ensure SOP compliance.
- Willingness to undertake extensive regional travel across the North Zone, covering multiple clusters and assigned retail locations.
- Ability to conduct regular field visits, supervise Area Sales Managers, review operational performance, and ensure effective execution of company policies.
