Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations, content calendars, and publishing schedules.
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, creatives, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Manage multiple client accounts across different industries.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, video editors, and digital marketing teams.
- Drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and community growth.
- Track, analyse, and report social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Develop platform-specific strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Ensure consistent brand communication and timely delivery of client requirements.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and digital trends.
- Excellent content writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Experience in managing multiple social media accounts.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to develop creative campaigns and platform-specific content strategies.
- Solid organisational, multitasking, and coordination skills.

Experience

- Social Media Executive: 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Social Media Manager: 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a PR, advertising, or digital marketing agency.
