Job Description: Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, promote company services, and generate sales through phone calls, email, and other online communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers using company-provided data.
- Explain company products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
- Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.
- Handle customer queries and maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, email, and WhatsApp.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers over the phone.
- Knowledge of finance or financial services will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
