Job Description – Sales Executive

Location: Kottayam, Kerala
Basic Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
Experience: 1–2 years in Sales, preferably in the Construction Industry

Job Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the construction industry to convert company-provided leads into successful business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and convert qualified leads provided by the company into confirmed sales.
- Contact prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable products or services.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and drive sales closures.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits whenever required.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals in line with company policies.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper lead follow-up records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in sales,



preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage leads, follow up effectively, and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of the local Kottayam market will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month.

Important: Leads will be provided by the company. The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive is to follow up, convert leads, and close deals successfully.
