Role & Designation: Key Account Manager / Relationship Manager Location: Thane

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Identify and onboard recent POSP partners, agents, and business associates.

 Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with POSP partners.

 Explain insurance products, benefits, processes, and commission structures to partners.

 Generate insurance business through the POSP partner network.

 Train and support POSP partners to improve their sales performance.

 Follow up with existing and prospective partners for business opportunities.

 Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for business growth.

 Assist POSP partners with policy issuance, documentation, and customer-related queries.

 Maintain accurate records of partner activities, leads, and sales.





Key Skills & Competencies:

 Graduate in any discipline.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

 Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.

 Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer queries.

Desired Profile:

Minimum 1 years of experience in Health Insurance

Quick learner with the ability to explain complex insurance products and processes clearly.

Educational Qualification: Graduate

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
