Senior Project Manager - Salesforce

Full-Time Noida, India (Work From Office)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with 6+ years in Salesforce implementation, project delivery, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, Agile methodologies, and end-to-end project lifecycle management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

What you will do

- Manage project planning, scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, Salesforce developers,



administrators, business analysts, and QA teams
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and project deliverables
- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
- Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce platforms
- Manage UAT, deployment planning, release management, and post-go-live support
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, team productivity, and customer satisfaction

What we are looking for

- 6+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably managing Salesforce projects
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its business processes
- Experience managing Salesforce implementation, customization, integration, and migration projects
- Understanding of Salesforce releases, environments, testing, deployment, and change management
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and competing priorities
- Experience with risk management, project governance, and budget tracking
