ob Responsibilities

* Develop current customers and expand the rice mill’s sales network.

* Visit rice mills, wholesalers, distributors, traders and bulk buyers.

* Generate new business leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

* Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new markets.

* Negotiate prices, payment terms and sales agreements.

* Conduct market research and monitor competitors’ prices.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.

* Travel for field sales and customer meetings as required.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.

* Experience in rice, agro-commodities, FMCG, or B2B trading preferred.

* Proven ability to generate business and acquire new customers.

* Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

* Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented.

* Willingness to travel for field sales.

* An established network of rice traders, wholesalers and distributors will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
